Retention of Information

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Under Maryland law, we maintain client records for at least three years from the date of last service or as otherwise required by law.


Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18, except when providing services to minor clients under Pre-ETS, which is provided or coordinated by DORS, to help students begin identifying career interests and learn skills in preparation for a transition to employment and/or post-secondary education, under appropriate legal authority. 

We do not knowingly serve or collect information from children under the age of 13 without parental or guardian consent.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.


Maryland-Specific Provisions

As a Maryland-licensed DORS Community Rehabilitation Partner (CRP), we comply with:

  • Maryland Statutes, under DORS, requirements of community partners to be licensed by      BHA or DDA for Supported Employment/Employment Services and/or to achieve third-party national accreditation for employment services, such as CARF.
  • DORS Agreements, agencies serving individuals with chronic mental illness:      consideration of provision of Evidence-Based Practice in Supported      Employment
  • DORS Agreements; agencies serving transitioning youth: inclusion of preparatory experiences, connecting activities, work-based experiences, and youth      leadership activities
  • All applicable state privacy and confidentiality laws


Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
